Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for on-site issues. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of carpentry experience, specifically in kitchen and bathroom projects. Valid carpentry certification. Valid driver’s license. Must have own truck and carpentry tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising small teams. Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
