Seagreen cleaning is currently hiring for a cleaner housekeeper position in New York City. The compensation is $20 an hour, products are supplied by the company. Duties include residential home cleanings as well as commercial office and building cleaning.

Cleaner Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings. Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas. Performs additional duties as needed. I (25M) have some long-term medical issues that make it hard to complete chores. I'm looking for someone to come in-person at UWS once a week for two main tasks: meal-prep and simple chores. - For meal-prep, the ideal candidate should know how to count calories and can get groceries and make simple meals to the necessary macros. Meals don't have to be that complicated and should be reasonably cost effective -- e.g. baked salmon/chicken and pasta for a week is fine. - As simple chores, the ideal candidate would be able to do laundry / change sheets and general cleaning. Other miscellaneous tasks may be dropping off returns at UPS/USPS. I'm not sure what a reasonable rate is, so please let me know what you are looking for in terms of pay. Thank you!
