Position Overview:
We’re looking for dedicated, organized, and mission-driven individuals to join our office team. As part of the Driving Force family, you’ll be responsible for making cold calls, supporting daily operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth workflow that helps drive our impact forward.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Administrative Support – Makin cold-calls, answering calls, schedule appointments, and troubleshoot customers problems over the phone.
✅ Customer & Partner Communication – Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and eventually at company charitable events.
✅ Data Entry & Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate records of daily pick-ups scheduled.
✅ Showing up on time, use your time productively, be an asset to company culture and show leadership.
✅ Team Collaboration – Work closely with staff, volunteers, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:
