*Duties*

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that meet guest expectations while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as necessary.
  • Train staff on hospitality best practices, customer service protocols, and operational procedures.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry, preferably in restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
  • Experience in shift management, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed and operational needs are met.
