We are seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. Key Responsibilities:


Manage and organize multiple email accounts (filtering, prioritizing, drafting, and responding)


Maintain and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings


Track tasks, deadlines, and reminders using digital tools


Perform internet research, data entry, and document preparation


Handle confidential and time-sensitive information


Communicate professionally on behalf of the executive (via email, phone, or messaging platforms)


Organize digital files and manage cloud storage systems


Assist with personal errands, online purchases, and occasional travel arrangements


Use tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and others as needed
