Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse Associate (Temporary, Full-Time) Schedule: Monday through Friday • 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Duration: Immediate start through end of January (with potential for extension) Pay Rate: $13.00 per hourPosition Summary: We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as full-time associates for a high-volume project period. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attendance, and the ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will play an important role in supporting our operations by accurately and efficiently handling inbound/outbound freight, picking/packing orders, putting away material, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.Key Responsibilities: • Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments using pallet jacks/forklifts (if certified) and other material-handling equipment, • Pick, pack, stage, and ship orders in accordance with production schedules and shipping requirements, • Accurately enter or scan data into warehouse management systems (or RF scanners) to update inventory, track materials, and maintain traceability, • Put away stock in correct locations and retrieve items for orders, ensuring proper storage and organization, • Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area: clear aisles, proper stacking of pallets, adherence to company safety policies, • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse support duties as needed, • Be punctual, dependable, and ready to go each day for the full scheduled shiftQualifications:, • Previous warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience preferred, • Basic computer or RF scanner/data entry skills advantageous, • Valid forklift certification preferred (or willingness to be certified), • Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment, • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow instructions, • Excellent attendance record required — candidates must reliably be on time, every day, • Ability to work full shift Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., • Must be physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs (with or without assistance), bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment, • Willingness to work through the month of January (with possibility of extension depending on business needs)Work Environment & Culture:, • You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment where teamwork and reliability are valued, • Safety is a priority: all team members are expected to follow established procedures to maintain a safe workplace, • Because this assignment supports large upcoming projects, we’re looking for candidates who take initiative, adapt quickly, and contribute positively to team goals
