Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team in building a high-efficiency, accountability-driven operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role — we expect our Warehouse Manager to be visible on the floor, actively driving productivity, maintaining flow, and holding the team to high standards.
The Warehouse Manager will work closely with our Operations Coordinator (Richie), Project Managers, and company leadership to ensure smooth operations, accurate inventory, and timely fulfillment of all orders.

The Warehouse Manager will work closely with our Operations Coordinator (Richie), Project Managers, and company leadership to ensure smooth operations, accurate inventory, and timely fulfillment of all orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the warehouse floor
- Assign tasks and manage flow for warehouse staff
- Ensure all inventory is properly handled, stored, and tracked
- Enforce accountability and eliminate time theft / inefficiency
- Work closely with Operations Coordinator to ensure orders are being processed and fulfilled on time
- Maintain clean, safe, organized work environment
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse flow (receiving → racks → refurb → shipping)
- Train new hires and build a strong, reliable warehouse team
- Identify process improvements and work with leadership to implement them
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Maintain positive working relationships with drivers, project managers, and office staff
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently
