You’ll be coached, challenged, and trusted — not stuck as “the material runner.” What you’ll be doing As an Electrical Apprentice (1–4 years experience), you’ll be side-by-side with experienced electricians and journeymen, doing real work, not just busywork: - Reading and working from blueprints - Installing electrical panels and equipment - Installing and bending conduit - Pulling wire and installing boxes/devices - Assisting with troubleshooting electrical issues - Working safely as part of a crew on a variety of projects You’ll typically report directly to the job site, mostly in Central NJ, with occasional work in Northern and Southern NJ. Schedule: - Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm - Occasional overtime, as needed - Travel pay when working outside our normal radius What you’ll get (beyond a paycheck) We know people stay and grow when the company invests in them.
