Operations Coordinator Location: Matawan, NJ Type: Onsite, Monday thru Friday Salary: $60k-$65k Bilingual (Spanish/English): Required Position Overview The Operations Coordinator supports stores and internal teams by coordinating store- driven initiatives, operational demands, cross-functional projects, and system enhancements that support daily operations, growth initiatives, and strategic objectives. This role serves as a central point of coordination between stores, field teams, and internal departments to ensure requests, timelines, deliverables, and communications are effectively managed from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary point of contact for store-driven initiatives, operational demands, system enhancements, and cross-functional projects., • Partner with store owners, managers, field teams, and internal departments to understand requests, objectives, timelines, and operational impacts., • Coordinate initiatives from commencement through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track., • Support the intake, documentation, prioritization, coordination, tracking, and execution of requests and enhancement initiatives impacting stores and operations., • Translate business and store needs into clear, actionable requirements for internal stakeholders and communicate updates, outcomes, and next steps., • Prepare and maintain status reports, meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up communications., • Coordinate meetings, testing, training activities, rollout plans, and cross-functional tasks to support successful implementation and store readiness., • Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, timing, risks, impacts, and dependencies., • Track schedules, deliverables, and action items with strong attention to detail to ensure timely follow-through and accurate reporting., • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, conflicts, or process gaps and drive resolution or escalation as needed., • Support continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback, streamlining workflows, improving documentation, and enhancing coordination processes., • Maintain a customer and partner-focused mindset while building strong working relationships across stores and internal teams. Qualifications: • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operational support role., • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace., • Experience in grocery environment required., • Bilingual in Spanish/English required
