Opportunities for Advancement STATEMENT OF THE JOB Under the direction of the Clinical Director for Behavioral Health, the Clinical Supervisor has responsibility for clinical and administrative supervision in CCNS’ outpatient services. Responsibilities also include supervision of staff in the outpatient programs, assuring that program staff carries out their job responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner and maintain availability to staff for consultation during all program hours of operation. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care in order to ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of outpatient services, identification of gaps in service delivery system, representing the Agency at meetings, conferences and public forums, strategic planning and implementation, development and implementation of processes and services that will improve the service delivery system, program development – including monitoring revenue, productivity, outcomes, staff training and development and staff supervision, compliance with contracts, agency policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and audit readiness and new initiatives. • Monitor and oversee all aspects related to the delivery of outpatient services – including program site visits on all staffing work shifts., • Plan, coordinate, identify and implement program outcomes and evaluation, strategic planning, accreditation efforts and program development., • Provide and/or oversee supervision of staff and graduate students., • The position requires the ability to provide coverage and supervision at the programs or in situations., • Facilitate program compliance with fire, safety, and health standards as per licensing and or quality assurance requirements and standards., • Perform initial interviews, crisis intervention, and on-going therapy with individuals, & children, run groups, work with families, & couples as dictated by the client’s clinical needs. QUALIFICATIONS • Master’s Degree in Social Work from a nationally accredited institution., • Valid NYS LCSW required., • Clinical experience in a treatment program under Article 31 of the Mental Hygiene Law preferred., • Excellent clinical & supervisory skills along with three years of mental health &/or substance abuse experience., • Bilingual Spanish/English; Russian/English; Creole/English; Chinese/English; Korean/English speaking preferred but not required., • Able to work flexible hours and days – according to needs of program. This role manages customer service communications, supports event builds and reporting, coordinates logistics with internal staff and building management, and assists with data management across multiple systems. In addition, the Program Assistant contributes to program improvements and symposium planning, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants, speakers, and attendees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Provide customer service support before, during, and after events (emails, tickets, attendee management)., • Assist with building and updating event websites and agendas in Cvent/AA., • Support onsite and virtual events, including registration desk, event badges, supplies, and speaker reimbursements., • Coordinate logistics with building management and vendors (catering, invoices, freight, cleaning, HVAC)., • Manage event data and reporting, including running queries, distributing reports, and maintaining tracking tools., • Respond to customer service emails across all programs., • Manage day-of-event customer service tickets., • Build events in AA and support Cvent agenda/website updates, • Provide onsite event assistance, including managing the registration desk for full-day or large-scale events (50+ attendees)., • Print and prepare event badges, • Maintain meeting supplies, • Manage attendee lists, • Provide support for virtual and in-person events, including website maintenance and speaker reimbursements Logistics and Vendor Coordination, • Liaise with building management to coordinate freight access, HVAC scheduling, and post-event cleaning., • Process catering and vendor invoices.Data and Reporting, • Run and distribute event data queries across departments, • Prepare and distribute weekly meeting reports; maintain reporting tools., • Event data managementOutreach and External Engagement, • Outreach to potential venue rental clients, • Maintain rental listings REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience., • 1–2 years of administrative or program support experience, preferably in events, nonprofit, or academic settings., • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Familiarity with event management and data systems (Cvent, AA, EMS, LMS, ACGI) preferred. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Salary: $24.72 per hour- $27.47 per hour ($45,000-$50,000 annual equivalent). This is Full-time, non-exempt position.
