As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. You'll open and grow a brand-new practice with Ivy's established business systems, and direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders. Position Qualifications: • You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program., • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity., • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
