Role Description This Financial Services Professional opportunity is based out of Edison, NJ and begins with a structured training, licensing, and development process. Candidates selected for the interview process will meet with our Executive Partner, who has been with New York Life for 29 years and has helped develop many individuals throughout his career. In this role, selected candidates would build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners while developing the skills needed for a long-term career in financial services. The career path includes licensing support, mentorship, professional development, and consideration for future leadership opportunities for qualified individuals. Certain client relationships and products may create ongoing compensation opportunities over time, subject to company guidelines, product type, production, and individual results. The schedule begins with structure, including required in-office development and scheduled training. Compensation is strictly performance-based and may include commissions, bonuses, overrides, and other eligible allowances.
