Overview A global financial institution is hiring a senior professional to join its capital analytics and regulatory reporting function, focused on enterprise-level risk-weighted asset (RWA) frameworks across credit and market risk. Responsibilities • Execute enterprise-level capital and risk-weighted asset calculations across credit and market risk, • Support regulatory capital ratio production and capital adequacy analytics, • Partner with transformation teams on calculation automation and platform modernization, • Support regulatory framework changes and rule interpretation, • Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and validation of calculation systems, • Partner with technology teams on implementation and integration efforts, • Build governance structures, controls, and validation processes around calculations, • Develop exception reporting, monitoring frameworks, and impact assessments, • Evaluate regulatory change impact on capital calculations and methodologies, • Drive process optimization, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency, • Support enterprise alignment between regulatory policy, analytics, and reporting Qualifications • 6+ years in regulatory analytics, capital reporting, or risk-weighted asset environments, • Direct experience with RWA frameworks across credit and/or market risk, • Background in financial services, banking, or regulatory advisory environments, • Exposure to regulatory transformation, automation, or modernization initiatives, • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk, or related discipline, • Advanced Excel and analytical tooling skills, • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience, • Experience working across Finance, Risk, IT, and Regulatory teams, • Ability to operate in fast-paced, regulated environments, • Strong governance, control, and documentation mindset

MAIN FUNCTION: The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of the Agency in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern home care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the patients at all times. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for the provision and quality of all agency clinical and administrative activities as prescribed by all regulatory agencies such as NJDOH, Joint Commission, Medicare and Medicaid., • Develops and maintains written objectives, philosophy, patients' rights, agency organizational plan, staff competency plan, policies and procedures., • Participates in the development of agency short and long range plans., • Oversees the activities and functioning of agency supervisors and coordinators and their respective areas of responsibility. Assures for performance appraisals., • Overall responsibility for all aspects of agency personnel practices including hiring, termination, transfers, approves all salary increases and staff promotions., • Responsible for the outcome of inspections conducted by the NJDOH, Joint Commission, Medicare and by other regulatory agencies., • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system to ensure optimal operating cost and revenue for the Agency., • Ensure that adequate financial records and cost report information are submitted to the proper authorities to ensure all thorough and timely reporting requirements., • Coordinates activities of the Professional Advisory Committee., • Services as ex-officio member of the Governing Body., • Communicates completely and clearly at all times. Is accountable for actions and environment., • Make routine inspections of the Agency to assure that established policies and procedures are being implemented and followed., • Ensures integrity of all payroll submissions and monitors along with coordinator of payroll. EDUCATION: • Master's Degree preferably in Nursing or a health-related field. (Not required), • Must have 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or in health care setting., • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions., • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public., • Must be knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations and nursing policies and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long term/subacute care administration., • Must possess the ability to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel., • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures set forth by the facility/company that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation and Culture of Excellence. Key Responsibilities: Audit & Accounting Responsibilities: * Lead, support and manage audits, reviews, and compilations for a variety of clients * Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and GAGAS * Understand and contribute to the firm’s Quality Control system * Assist clients with day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and reconciliations * Evaluate internal controls and provide recommendations for improvements * Work with clients across industries such as healthcare, real estate, tech, manufacturing, not-for-profit, and more Tax Responsibilities: * Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for entities including partnerships, S-corps, and C-corps (including some international clients) as well as individual tax returns. * Assist in tax planning and compliance across various jurisdictions * Support clients with sales tax, multistate, and international reporting requirements Leadership & Internal Development * Mentor and manage accounting staff and seniors, providing technical training and professional development * Contribute to process improvement and firm initiatives including quality control * Support business development efforts and identify opportunities for growth within existing and new client relationships * Grow into serving as primary advisor for a portfolio of clients in a range of industries Qualifications: * CPA required * 15+ years of experience in public accounting * Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and tax law * Proficient in accounting and tax software (CCH ProSystem fx, CCH Engagement, QuickBooks, MS office, Excel, etc.) * Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence * Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple engagements * Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with unlimited opportunities. Job Description A well established regional CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to support a diverse client base across tax compliance, tax planning, and general accounting services. This role is ideal for a public accounting professional who enjoys working closely with clients on both their tax needs and day-to-day accounting matters.
