The Manager, FP&A is responsible for supporting departments within the Enterprise, focusing on financial operations of the Technology and Telecommunications businesses. This involves budgeting/forecasting, telecommunications billing, procurement, asset management and vendor management. This role is also responsible for assisting IT financial management with analysis of Operating and Capital Expenses and assisting with monitoring cost control and department initiatives. This position will also provide financial support for other departments in the Enterprise as needed. • Responsible for supporting the departments’ expense budget and forecast process by working with various departments to help distribute, prepare, and consolidate budgets, forecasts, and related reports., • Monitors departments’ performance. Prepares monthly budget variance reporting package, including analyzing and explaining budget versus actual results, • Assists in the forecast process, using data received by engaging department heads, in addition to analyzing past and present trends to project future expenses.
