Mamiye Brothers is seeking a highly capable, Senior FP&A Analyst to support and strengthen the company’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis function across our divisions, brands, and departments. This person will play an important hands-on role in helping leadership understand business performance – preparing financial reporting and analysis, leading the annual budget and forecasting processes, tracking sales performance, amongst other responsibilities. We are looking for someone with strong financial skills, highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with data, and interested in improving and modernizing financial reporting processes. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership and visibility across the business. What You’ll Do Own financial reporting and analysis · Prepare financial reporting and analysis for management across the company’s divisions, brands, and departments. · Analyze financial results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying key trends, variances, and business drivers. Support budgeting and forecasting · Support the preparation, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s annual budget and related forecasting processes. · Partner with finance, accounting, division leaders, and department heads to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and maintain reporting schedules. · Help ensure budget and forecast information is organized, accurate, and accessible for management decision-making. · Identify and implement effective budgeting tools to improve the process Track sales performance · Track and analyze sales performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results. · Prepare recurring sales reporting and help identify pacing trends, shortfalls, opportunities, and other key business insights. · Work with sales, finance, and management teams to ensure reporting is practical, accurate, and actionable. Improve reporting processes and tools · Improve and modernize financial reporting processes, templates, and tools. · Help streamline legacy reporting and create cleaner, more repeatable, and better-documented processes. · Use a tech-forward mindset to improve efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and decision-making over time. Support ad hoc analysis and special projects · Support ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and other management reporting needs as priorities evolve. · Operate as a trusted finance partner across product development, sales, operations, finance, and other business teams. What Success Looks Like · Leadership receives clear, accurate, and timely financial reporting that helps explain business performance. · Budgets, forecasts, sales reporting, and royalty schedules are organized, reliable, and consistently maintained. · Division, brand, and department leaders have better visibility into financial results and key business drivers. · Reporting processes become more efficient, scalable, and less dependent on manual or undocumented workflows. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. · 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting/finance operations, or a related analytical finance role. · Experience in an apparel, fashion, consumer products, wholesale, retail, or other inventory-based business is preferred. · Advanced Excel skills and strong comfort working with financial data, reporting files, and recurring analysis processes. · Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, sales reporting, and management reporting. · Ability to organize information clearly, identify trends, explain key business drivers, and communicate findings effectively. · Experience with ERP, BI/reporting, or other finance systems is a plus. Who You Are · Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of financial and operational data. · Exceptionally strong in Excel and naturally interested in improving how reporting and analysis get done. · Comfortable taking ownership of hands-on financial reporting and analysis work while partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. · A clear communicator who can explain financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences. · Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage recurring deadlines without losing sight of the details. · Tech-forward, curious, and open to using better tools, automations, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. · Practical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-division business environment.
