Role Overview This role is responsible for structural and non-structural body repairs, following OEM procedures and shop standards in a production-focused environment with strong repair planning and support. What You’ll Do * Perform structural and non-structural body repairs * Disassemble and reassemble vehicles properly and safely * Perform panel replacement, straightening, and metal repair * Follow OEM repair procedures and documentation requirements * Use proper repair methods, measuring systems, and equipment * Communicate with production and estimators on repair needs * Maintain clean, organized work areas * Take pride in repair quality and final fit & finish What We’re Looking For * Prior experience as an auto body / collision repair technician * Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures * Ability to maintain quality under production volume * Attention to detail and pride in workmanship * Team-oriented mindset and professionalism I-CAR training and OEM certifications valued Structural repair experience a plus What Success Looks Like Here * Repairs completed correctly the first time * Minimal rework or comebacks * Clean handoffs to paint and detail * Consistent production without sacrificing quality * Strong collaboration across departments Compensation — Performance Based * Hourly Guarantee: Competitive base hourly rate * Flat-Rate Pay: Earn flat-rate flag hours above 40 hours/week * Skill tiering applies based on experience and capability * Quality and chargeback standards are clearly defined This structure provides stability with real upside for productive, quality-focused technicians.
