Position Overview The LGBTQ+ Outreach & Engagement Specialist is a community-facing role that connects directly with LGBTQ+ individuals of color—particularly Women who have Sex with Women (WSW), Young Men who have Sex with Men (YMSM), and Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming, and Non-Binary (TGNCNB) people. This position combines public health outreach, HIV/HCV testing, peer engagement, and client-centered support to reduce health disparities and expand access to care.
