WHAT YOU'LL DO We are currently seeking a Recruiter to fuel our national expansion by identifying and securing the best talent in structured cabling, network infrastructure, and data center staffing. As a key player in our recruiting team, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates, managing recruiting initiatives, and building relationships that drive long-term success. This is for the recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and loves the challenge of finding top-tier candidates. Key Responsibilities • Source and plan recruiting efforts to identify top candidates in the Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure space., • Conduct advanced Boolean searches across resume databases to find suitable talent., • Utilize resume databases and employ invite-to-apply strategies to enhance recruitment efforts., • Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to develop effective posting strategies and referral networks., • Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles., • Partner with associations and educational institutions to establish robust talent pipelines., • Organize active field employees and prospective candidates based on geography and skillset to maximize field staff utilization., • Spearhead the development of referral networks to support ongoing recruitment efforts., • Assist the Recruiting team in setting up templates and strategies for communication tools., • Keep recruitment tools up to date with relevant talent pool information., • Import candidate data from external sources into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)., • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication campaigns for recruiting ramp-ups in collaboration with the Recruiting Department.Core Business Contribution, • Stay informed on trends and developments in the Low Voltage/Telecom industry (new products, projects, industry-specific news)., • Work directly with management to contribute to the company's growth strategies., • Continuously contribute ideas and processes to improve our services for both candidates and clients., • Engage in ongoing personal training to maintain expertise in the Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure vertical., • Embrace and embody FieldLink's core values in all aspects of your work.WHAT YOU'LL BRING, • Experience in Telecom, Low Voltage, or Network Infrastructure technical/installation roles., • Proficiency in Boolean and semantic searches for talent identification., • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset., • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage data effectively., • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by a passion for helping others succeed., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.YOUR BUSINESS IMPACT • Revenue Generation – Your ability to consistently source and place skilled Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure talent directly drives revenue through billable hours and project fulfillment., • Market Expansion – By building strong candidate pipelines in key geographies, you help FieldLink scale nationally and penetrate new markets with ready-to-deploy talent., • Client Retention & Growth – Placing the right people the first time strengthens our client partnerships, leading to more repeat business, referrals, and expanded scopes of work., • Operational Efficiency – Your strategic organization of field staff improves project turnaround times, minimizes bench time, and ensures we're maximizing the value of every qualified technician., • Brand Reputation – As a frontline representative of FieldLink, your interactions with candidates reinforce our reputation as a specialized, high-touch staffing partner in the structured cabling and data center space. Our data-driven talent identification solutions build committed, dependable teams to meet your project needs, regardless of location. COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS Salary: $50K-$65K with Recruiter Commission Benefits Package Includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life Insurance, 4 weeks PTO, 401K, and 7 paid holidays Work Location: East Brunswick, NJ | Oklahoma | Remote Role Classification: Exempt #ZR
