Job Description • Payrate: $25.00-28.00/hour, • Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., • Type of Role: Direct-Hire Key Responsibilities: • Receive and process Purchase Orders (POs) from customers across multiple platforms (EDI, portals, 3PL systems)., • Manage relationships with Lineage Logistics (3PL) to ensure accurate inventory and seamless order fulfillment., • Coordinate inventory transfers between 3PL facilities and the internal warehouse., • Maintain and update the Daily Balance Sheet to track all inbound and outbound shipments., • Schedule carrier pickup appointments and process outbound shipments for FOB customers, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders., • Arrange inbound and outbound LTL and FTL freight for delivered customers, collaborating closely with carriers and logistics partners., • Oversee PO shipment coordination, including documentation, palletizing, and quality assurance to confirm correct outbound volumes and procedures are followed., • Manage BOL receipts, closing sales orders, invoicing and ensure accurate documentation across orders and shipments., • Audit pallets for proper BOLs, structure, and packaging integrity to minimize breakage., • Create and update warehouse SOPs as needed, • Manage to zero distributor error fees, including tracking shortages, coordinating inventory allocations, and communicating with carriers and distributor stakeholders during inventory disruption periods, • Research, negotiate, and onboard new 3PL partners as needed., • Oversee Amazon shipment labeling and staging requirements., • Maintain NetSuite records and Excel backups to ensure accurate data management., • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/operational platforms, • Strong logistics coordination and supply chain management skills, • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication abilities, • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)Company DescriptionOn Target Staffing Corporate Recruiting is a division of On Target Staffing, LLC.
