The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is responsible for all aspects of patients' care within the scope of certification. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately completes a pre-inspection and post-inspection sheet prior to and after your tour as per NJ DOH/DOT. Performs a visual inspection of the patient compartment, inside and out, and for cleanliness and damage. Cleans the patient compartment, equipment, and outside of vehicle as needed. Replaces damaged or missing items, noting deficiencies on Usage Report. Presents the signed, dated Vehicle/Equipment Checklist to the Supervisor.
