Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate with all instructional treatment team members, • Provide consultation within the schools in conjunction with administrators, child study team members, teachers , and other school personnel, • Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings/family guidance, • Provide interactive therapeutic solutions to reduce maladaptive behaviors, • Utilize applied behavior analysis to develop a functional, individualized behavioral program, • Provide direct training and supervision to clinical support team and technicians This role will be part of the clinical team, reporting to the NJ State and Regional Directors.
