The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with strong project management, storytelling, and technical skills to produce high-quality video content that aligns with Consgili's brand strategy and business objectives. Responsibilities / Essential Functions Creative & Strategic • Lead the execution of video projects, ensuring alignment with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity., • Collaborate with marketing and creative colleagues to develop video strategies and concepts that support internal campaigns, project pursuits, and social content., • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate all logistical aspects of production., • Film high-quality video content for a range of formats across digital and social platforms., • Edit high-quality video content and handle color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to ensure brand consistency., • Manage delivery schedules and version control across multiple platforms (digital, social, etc.)., • Work alongside other video team members to properly manage and archive footage library.
