    11th House Agency is a fast-paced talent management office representing artists with recognizable work across fashion, film, music, commercials, and entertainment. We're looking for an Agent Assistant to join our NYC office and start immediately. This is an entry-level role with salary commensurate with experience, ideal for someone with prior experience as a personal or executive assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. You'll work closely with agents and gain hands-on exposure to client relations, artist management, production, negotiations, sales, and agency operations, with room to grow into more responsibility as you develop. Schedule & Location Based in the WSA Building in Manhattan. Hybrid schedule (in-person Tuesday through Thursday). Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with availability before and after hours as needed to support agents, artists, and active jobs. What You'll Do • Manage artist calendars, • Field calls with clients, producers, and artists, • Create and edit budgets, • Coordinate production logistics, including crew info, equipment requests, and ad hoc needs, • Track down and confirm all call sheets, • Build and maintain contact lists and keep files organized, • Manage agency social media posts, • Oversee the intern program, • Create Art Department MailChimp mailers and PDFs, • Update the agency website with new work, • Maintain the digital archive and follow up with clients on new work Who You Are • Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant, or a comparable administrative role, • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, • Excellent collaborator with strong written and oral communication skills, • Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in fashion, photography, entertainment, production, music, and pop culture, • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing without losing sight of details, • Flexible, resourceful, and quick to anticipate needs before being asked, • Professional demeanor with a sense of urgency Requirements • Bachelor's degree required, • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Numbers; Gmail and Google Drive; Mac systems; MailChimp, • Comfortable with standard office equipment and phone systems, • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for professional, timely posting, • 1+ year of administrative experience required, • 1+ year of production assistance experience required, • Social media marketing experience preferred

Completing preventative maintenance on vehicles, such as performing oil changes, flushing and replacing fluids, and replacing brakes. Generating timelines and estimates for repairs and discussing options with clients. Inspecting internal systems and controls to ensure the vehicle is operating properly and in compliance with state regulations. Maintaining accurate records relating to clients, their vehicles, parts, and service history. Using shop equipment as instructed, performing regular maintenance and repairs as needed. Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills. Addition education, certifications, or experience is generally preferred. Proven ability to diagnose and repair vehicles and follow safety instructions and directions. Proficiency with hand tools and other equipment. Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and communication skills. Self-motivated, independent, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
