About United Auto Film United Auto Film is a distributor of premium automotive window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and architectural window film. We supply professional installer shops with quality product, install supplies, and the kind of hands-on partnership the corporate giants don’t bother with. Alongside our B2B installer business, we sell direct to end consumers through Amazon, Shopify, and eBay. How We Work — Our Values The best hires at United Auto Film share a specific set of instincts. If these describe you, we want to meet you. If they don’t, this probably isn’t the right seat. • Team first. You put the team’s result ahead of your own ego, scoreboard, or comfort. You cover for teammates and expect the same back., • Help others. You pick up the phone, answer the question, share what you know. Nobody at United Auto Film succeeds alone., • Owner mentality. You treat the business like it’s yours. You notice what’s broken and you fix it, or you tell someone who can — you don’t wait to be told., • Hustle. You move with urgency, especially when customers are waiting. You’d rather do a hard thing today than put it off until Monday., • Always improving. You look for the better way — a cleaner process, a faster workflow, a sharper response. You’re open to feedback and you give it, too., • Customer focus. You remember that every call, email, and order is a shop owner or end customer counting on us. You make them look good to their customers. The Role This is a hybrid seat — one person covering two sides of the business that both matter. On the inside sales side, you support our installer-shop customers and our outside sales team: answering inbound calls and emails, processing orders, following up on quotes, and keeping HubSpot clean. On the operations side, you keep the day-to-day of the business moving: order flow, inventory accuracy, coordination with the warehouse team, vendor and shipping follow-ups, and the ad-hoc operational work that keeps orders going out the door. How your day splits between the two depends on what needs doing that morning. Schedule: Full-time, typically 40 hours per week. Standard weekday business hours, on-site at United Auto Film’s NYC office. Location: On-site at United Auto Film’s NYC office. Reports to: Sales Manager (or CEO in the interim). Operations • Process daily orders across installer-shop and ecommerce channels — verify order details and route pick lists to the warehouse team., • Coordinate with the warehouse team on inventory levels, incoming freight, staging, and any fulfillment issues., • Track shipments and follow up with carriers, 3PLs, and vendors on delays, backorders, and ETA questions., • Support vendor and supplier communications — purchase order status, incoming shipment confirmations, and invoice reconciliation., • Maintain accurate records across our order, inventory, and CRM systems — correct SKUs, pricing, customer information, and stock counts., • Pull routine reports and help with ad-hoc operational analysis for leadership., • Spot repeat issues (duplicate orders, systemic shipping delays, inventory mismatches) and raise them so they can be fixed, not re-handled., • Support process documentation — writing down how we do things so the next hire can pick it up quickly. Cross-Functional • Prioritize your day based on what needs doing — installer orders in the morning, operational cleanup in the afternoon, or the reverse. Flexibility is expected., • Communicate proactively with the sales team, warehouse team, and leadership on what’s happening in your day., • Suggest process improvements as you spot patterns.Compensation, • Hourly pay: $20.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience (W-2, paid through payroll)., • Statutory benefits: NYC Earned Safe and Sick Time Act, NY paid family leave and disability, unemployment insurance, and workers’ compensation coverage as required by law.
