What You Bring Required Qualifications Education & Experience • High School diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred., • Minimum of 2+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience., • Proven ability to manage a sales territory and consistently achieve performance goals. Skills & Abilities • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Effective time management and self-discipline in a field-based sales role., • Ability to analyze opportunities, manage a pipeline, and execute a structured sales process. Physical Requirements • Ability to travel extensively within an assigned territory, with occasional travel outside the territory., • Ability to drive for extended periods and conduct in-person customer meetings., • Ability to carry presentation materials and use mobile technology for sales activity tracking.
