Group has had the same leadership since 1999 handling all admin and staffing duties for the practice., • Friendly physician oriented group with high quality standards Job Description: • Location: Chester, NJ (40mins to Newark), • Group has 2 locations. Other office based in Hackettstown, NJ, • Internal Medicine Physician, • 100% Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Setting, • Typical Volume: 20-22 patients per day, • M-F Schedule 9-5pm. One day per week staying until 7pm., • Weekend Call: Cover 9am - 1pm every third Saturday., • Call by phone is 1:3 for evenings., • 2 Other Internal Med physicians and 3 Pediatricians on Staff, • Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care., • Provide high-value care consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions., • Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail. Responsibilities: Operate an electric stand-up forklift to move pallets of merchandise and equipment; Hand-stack product from partial pallets onto full pallets of product.
