In this role, you’ll be the central force behind a welcoming workplace, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while championing initiatives that elevate the employee experience. RESPONSIABILITIES • Manage the day-to-day operations of our 2 floor NYC office to ensure a clean, comfortable, and inviting workspace, • Act as the first point of contact to observe and troubleshoot facilities-related issues, • Track and manage office-related budgets, orders, and inventory, • Serve as a go-to resource for employees on all things related to the office, • Partner with Human Resources to facilitate seamless onboarding for Eataly team members in retail and corporate environments, • Support employee offboarding, • Maintain and create employee building access including ID cards, alarm system code and travel systems, • Book travel arrangements for employees and candidates while ensuring alignment with company travel policies, • Manage conference room bookings and general office scheduling, • Answer phone calls and greet visitors, • Assist with office engagement activities such as lunches, and special events, • Arranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas as needed, • Relocation support including sourcing and reserving housing (temporary and long term) for employees who relocate, • Set up all new travel accounts and provide training for new hires, • Book travel for larger meetings and events, • Support the finance department with monthly reconciliations, • Monitoring, ordering, and stocking office supplies, • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as neededQualifications, • Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel, • Proactive with a strong sense of urgency, • Experience in office management, employee experience, operations, or related roles, • A genuine passion for creating great workplace experiences, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Available to work onsite from our NYC office Previous experience working with SAP Concur or other travel system * Experience with corporate relocation preferred * 0-3 years’ experience in an office support role * Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Pay range is $20-$24 per hour · Additional Information Benefits and Perks • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, • Paid Time Off, • Paid Parental Leave, • 401K with match or RRSP, • Bonus program, • Free family meal daily, • Discounts at Eataly, • Classes on products and Italian cuisine, • Referral bonus program
