As a Sales Associate - Product & Customer Experience, you will help customers feel comfortable, informed, and well-guided throughout the shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience • Greet customers warmly and professionally, • Create a welcoming, efficient, and judgment-free experience from entry through checkout, • Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer preferences, comfort level, and intended experience, • Make clear, relevant product recommendations based on customer needs, • Communicate product information in a simple, responsible, easy-to-understand way, • Help customers feel guided rather than rushed or overwhelmed Sales and Product Support • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, • Support basket building through thoughtful recommendations, • Stay current on featured products, promotions, and new arrivals, • Help maintain a strong selling floor by combining product awareness with good customer pacing, • Support a store culture where selling means helping customers make the right choice, not just moving product Team and Floor Support • Work collaboratively with managers, leads, and coworkers to keep shifts organized and effective, • Step in where needed to support customer flow, floor coverage, and team execution, • Help maintain a clean, orderly, and professional environment, • Contribute to a team culture built on accountability, respect, and consistency Compliance and Daily Discipline • Follow all procedures related to ID verification, transactions, product handling, and security, • Maintain accuracy in cash handling, customer detail collection, POS use, and customer interactions, • Collect customer information carefully and accurately when required, including details that support account setup, communication, and future outreach, • Follow store SOPs and training guidance closely, • Help protect the customer experience by staying attentive, punctual, and prepared What We’re Looking For • Strong people skills and comfort interacting with a wide range of customers, • A professional, composed presence on the floor, • Coachability and willingness to learn product knowledge, compliance, and selling technique, • Good judgment, reliability, and awareness of pace, • Retail, hospitality, or service instincts that translate into trust-building and strong customer experience Qualifications • Minimum 21 years of age, • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, service, or sales, • Strong communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment, • Comfortable using POS systems and digital tools, • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs., • Willingness to complete background checks and work within a highly regulated, age-restricted retail environment Compensation and Growth This role is intended to start at a competitive market rate, with room to grow through strong performance, learning, consistency, and contribution to the team.
