United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH) is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support the payroll and accounting teams. Experience with UKG Ready preferred. Experience in the not-for-profit sector is preferred. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain payroll and timekeeping systems. Review and resolve timesheet discrepancies, payroll exceptions, and adjustments. Prepare and process bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls accurately and timely. Prepare and submit payroll, retirement, audit, and compliance reports. Administer retirement plan file submissions and support related audits. Partner with Human Resources to address employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries. Process payroll corrections, garnishments, and mileage reimbursements. Support year-end payroll activities and reporting requirements. Collaborate on process improvements, automation, and procedure documentation. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable requirements. Provide payroll and administrative support to Finance as needed.
