Responsibilities: • Providing 1:1 in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with Austin Spectrum Disorder (ASD), • Establishing a positive relationship with the learner under the care of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), receiving weekly supervision from the BCBA., • Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed by the BCBA based on the client’s treatment and behavior plan., • Complete data collection for each client as directed and communicate notable findings from sessions to the client’s behavior analysis applications and forms., • Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of clients with different needs and abilities., • Maintain professional relationships with the client’s parents/caregivers and all other team members., • Adhere to scheduled hours and always demonstrate professionalism.
