JOB SUMMARY As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation. Jointly you will be responsible for adhering to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, cleaning, and compliance structures. You are expected to have a full overview of the store and lead your team members when your Store Manager is not present ensuring efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products. Your overall success in this position depends on the degree to which all operational conceptual in-store requirements are followed in order to deliver best-in-class guest experiences turning regular customers into beloved returning guests. Main Responsibilities: • Demonstrate product features, advantages, and usage scenarios to increase viewer interest and purchase intent., • Engage with viewers in real time, answer questions, and create an interactive livestream experience., • Use storytelling, scenario demonstrations, and emotional engagement to build brand trust., • Support testing of different hooks, product angles, selling points, and livestream formats to improve sales performance over time., • Coordinate with the Seesweet team before and after livestreams regarding livestream setup, product training, schedule, performance feedback, and areas for improvement. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience as a livestream host, sales associate, or working in e-commerce is preferred., • Familiarity with TikTok features, trends, and live shopping best practices., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Strong on-camera presence with the ability to create an energetic and engaging atmosphere., • Ability to present products through storytelling and scenario-based demonstrations., • Confident appearing on camera and demonstrating products., • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment., • Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred. Schedule • Monday to Saturday, Mornings and/or Evenings, • Actual working hours will follow the livestream schedule.
