CATS (Computerized Aircraft Troubleshooting System): Dassault centralized troubleshooting database, used by customers to identify and resolve aircraft symptoms. The administrator will work closely with engineering and Technical Support teams to maintain an accurate symptom-to-solution library. The Aircraft Maintenance Programs Administrator will also manage aircraft maintenance data reporting, coordinate basic technical data exchanges with the aircraft OEM, support the technical documentation sales team with subscription renewals, deliver customer presentations and demonstrations.
