Position Overview Your role is to assist with and be a key analytics POC for a large healthcare client. This entails building, scaling and elevating a holistic approach to campaign execution and measurement across all channels, and helping to guide the team managing all deliverables for the client. The Manager, Account Management is a centralized role that will be tasked with driving Influencer strategy and client management within OM's dedicated managed service product, Omnicom Influencer. This is a hands‑on leadership role within a developing function, responsible for strengthening systems, building scalable processes, and enhancing operational controls in accordance with sound business practices and ethical compliance standards. Responsibilities: • Develop and formalize reverse logistics processes to create consistency, accountability, and scalability within the operation., • Evaluate current workflows and implement system and process improvements to increase visibility, accuracy, and turnaround time, • Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and ethical handling of high-value merchandise., • Oversee intake, and system reconciliation of returned inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability., • Partner closely with Quality Control to standardize inspection protocols, • Manage and strengthen relationships with third-party repair centers, ensuring clear service-level expectations, tracking, quality standards, cost controls, and timely return of repaired merchandise., • Oversee repair workflows, including outbound shipments to repair partners, status tracking, reconciliation upon return, and proper system updates., • Strengthen vendor return (RTC) procedures, including documentation, claims management, credit reconciliation, and performance monitoring., • Identify process gaps and discrepancies. Implement corrective actions to mitigate operational and compliance exposure., • Lead and support various ad-hoc projects focused on streamlining workflows, improving system utilization, and driving operational efficiency across reverse logistics and adjacent departments., • Develop reporting and KPIs to monitor return cycle times, repair turnaround, financial impact, and overall performance., • Collaborate cross-functionally to address root causes of returns and support broader operational improvements., • Lead, coach, and develop the reverse logistics team to promote accountability, process discipline, and continuous improvement. Skills and Abilities • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data tracking, reporting)., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint., • Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or reverse logistics operations., • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to review operational data., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment., • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments., • Demonstrated initiative and ownership in improving operational processes., • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred., • Minimum 7+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership or strategic responsibility., • Strong expertise in procurement, planning, sourcing, vendor negotiation, and logistics., • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)., • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, or continuous improvement methodologies., • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills., • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities., • Experience working with international suppliers is a plus.
