What Our Client Needs: A Sr. Director, Partnerships to lead the Solution Partner Program, overseeing strategy, development, and daily execution. This position is responsible for enabling the partner community, managing a small team, and ensuring that programs align with organizational goals across business development, marketing, sales, and delivery. Who You Are: You bring deep expertise in building and managing Partner and Alliance programs across the technology, information, and services sectors. You have experience working with Channel Partners, VARs, and Solution Providers, and have successfully led Partner Programs or Communities for at least five years—including managing direct reports and driving cross-functional results. You’re a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who can connect with executives, operational leaders, and external stakeholders. You know how to turn vision into action, navigate complex environments, and influence decisions through strong relationships and sound execution. What You’ll Do: In this role, you will lead the Solution Partner Program as a core channel for driving the adoption of organizational standards and solutions. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Solution Partner Program, • Leading a team of three, including two Account Managers and one operational support staff, • Driving partner acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, • Coordinating internal resources to support program delivery, marketing, certification, and support, • Implementing best practices in go-to-market strategy, pricing, customer success, and operational efficiency, • Building relationships across leadership levels and acting as a credible, trusted partner, • Collaborating with international affiliates and contributing to the global ecosystem, • Representing the organization at industry meetings, conferences, and advisory engagements, • Supporting advisory services that enable successful implementation of standards and practices This position requires minimal travel and has supervisory responsibilities for a team of three.
