Job Description Reports to: VP of Talent and People Management Location: Hybrid, based in Garden City, NY with travel to work locations Status: Full-Time, Exempt Position Summary The Assistant Director of Talent and People Management plays a key role in building and sustaining a high-performing, mission-aligned workforce. This position supports all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. The Assistant Director serves as a thought partner to senior leadership and a trusted resource to managers and staff across the organization.
