Directly participate in the delivery and documentation of these services, when necessary., • Review all Restorative Services weekly to ensure all appropriate services have been delivered and submit Medicaid Billing Reports on monthly basis as per program protocols., • Oversee and participate in all Medicaid billable activities and ensure that all documentation is current and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. This includes timely and accurate submission of monthly Medicaid Billing Reports to the Billing Dpt., • Oversee all medication monitoring procedures and assume any medication management related tasks and responsibilities in the absence of a Senior Counselor. Housing Supervisors are to review the medication logs/EMAR on a daily basis to ensure all procedures are being followed appropriately., • Oversight of the sites to ensure a clean, safe and homelike environment. Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the site in collaboration with the facilities and management team., • Ensure all residents are treated with dignity and respect and are given the opportunity to actively participate in their service and support plans in order to provide collaborative treatment panning., • Organize and encourage respectful interactions between residents, conduct house meetings and offer supports and training as needed to residents in the program., • Conduct intakes for potential residents in cooperation with the admissions committee., • Review and approve all time off requests, time sheets and travel expenses for staff within 48 hours of submission., • Oversee program finances, including weekly client distributions, petty cash, fee payments, check requests, food and supply budgeting and ensuring appropriate funding and benefits are in place for all residents., • Oversight of recreational activities., • Serve as a liaison with outside service providers and advocate for the needs of residents in the program, when necessary., • Ensures that appropriate discharge planning activities occur for all residents., • Responsible for routine oversight and monitoring of all client records to ensure that records are up to date and include all required documentation in compliance with applicable individual program regulations and policy manuals., • Provide direction and support to staff during crisis situations. Serve as the On-Call Supervisor one week (wed-wed) after business hours and weekends on a rotating basis (approximately every 6-8 weeks) to answer any calls, text or Microsoft Teams messages in which staff and/or clients may need to report pertinent information, need assistance, handle a crisis situation or incident/accident in program within the Residential Dpt. Duties and Responsibilities: · Enhances the Legal department’s efficiency by owning intake, routing, tracking, and continuous improvement of legal workflows across contracts, matters, subpoenas, regulatory responses, and outside counsel engagements. · Assist the Staff with administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling, file management, transcribing minutes and collecting internal documentation. · Maintain litigation calendar, log all pertinent information, and conduct relevant legal research under the direction of corporate counsel. · Maintain and update legal databases, matter logs, contract repositories, and internal trackers. · Track service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure internal deadlines are met. · Process legal invoices, manage outside counsel billing, and assist with budget tracking as needed. · Assist with supporting compliance, regulatory and corporate governance activities as needed. · Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall departmental efficiency and support communication around legal processes, expectations and service standards. · Assist with special projects, audits and process improvements. Requirements: Experience and Skills: · 2+ years of experience in legal administration, legal operations, or an equivalent support role. Experience supporting an in-house Legal department is a plus. · Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams). · Candidate should be familiar with e-filings in state and federal courts in New York, and other jurisdictions where needed. · Candidate should be familiar with legal research software in either LexisNexis, or PACER search protocols. · Displays excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and possesses the ability to successfully troubleshoot issues, alongside the capability to multitask, properly prioritize and consistently deliver superior work product. · Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities, and helping resolve issues proactively would be desired and expected. · Maintains strict confidentiality in all aspects of the Office of the Chief Legal Officer, and any communications and/or information thereto concerning company customers, its employees, management, clients, vendors, and the like.
