Job Description Position: Inventory Control Manager Salary:$75k max Plus Bonuses Must have's: • Experience: 3-5 years of experience within the industrial sector, • Proven track record in operations management, inventory control, and global order fulfillment., • Inventory, ordering, inventory maintenance, starting new pos, organizing/inventory understanding etc., • Inventory knowledge and vendor management, • Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills; ability to manage databases and resolve discrepancies., • Leadership: Ability to direct cross-functional teams, train staff, and implement policies effectively., • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Work Ethic: High standards for work quality, attendance, and initiative. Plusses: • Degree, • Certifications:, • 6 sima for processing, • Benefits-, • Bonus- every 6 months, • Based off of company sales, • Insurance:, • 100% single coverage for employee, can buy up to a different plan, • Dependents we pay 40%, • Offer extras- but do not pay for dental and supplemental, • Simple Roth IRA plan up to 3%, • Sick time: 40 hrs for the year, doesn't carry over and is paid out at eoy if not used Day to day: As an Inventory Control Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of production, inventory, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Your responsibilities include: Operations Oversight • Review sales and activity reports to measure productivity, track goal achievement, and identify inventory needs., • Direct and coordinate purchasing, shipping & receiving, and production order management., • Maintain and update the database, including setting up new part numbers, customer codes, and locations., • Determine staffing needs for the packaging department and assist with interviews., • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures in collaboration with owners and managers., • Ensure strong communication, listening skills, and initiative across the team.
