A Cook at OTG is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience. This role requires the ability to consistently prepare food to precise temperature, portion, and plating standards, while working with urgency and upholding strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols. OTG leaders work closely with cooks to ensure clarity around expectations and goals, while actively supporting skill development and career progression. In This Role, You Will: Prepare menu items for respective stations, ensuring all ingredients are prepped, portioned, and accessible for smooth service. Follow and adhere to OTG specifications and restaurant directions, controlling the quality of all food items prepared and served. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Operate all kitchen equipment efficiently and safely, including knives, stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, and kettles. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, reflecting the standards of OTG. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on guest satisfaction. Assist in training new kitchen staff in procedures, safety protocols, and food preparation techniques. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of any shortages to ensure uninterrupted service. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and feedback during service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Engage in continuous learning and development of culinary skills to enhance personal and team performance. Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team. Qualifications/Criteria: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. 2+ years of culinary experience in a high-volume, full service or multi-unit environment preferred. Experience working in a variety of stations; meat, fish, pizza, pasta, garde manger etc. Must successfully obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired, offered by OTG. Knowledge of cooking techniques, safety, and sanitation. Able to lift 35 lbs. or more. Compensation may differ based on a variety of job-related factors that are specific to each candidate. Responsibilities • Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations., • Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions., • Perform medication therapy reviews and assist in optimizing therapeutic outcomes., • Prepare and compound medications as required, utilizing proper aseptic technique and established pharmacy procedures., • Assist with the preparation and verification of IV medications and infusions when applicable., • Conduct patient assessments related to medication therapy and collaborate with healthcare providers regarding treatment recommendations., • Utilize pharmacy software and EMR/EHR systems for prescription processing, documentation, and medication reconciliation., • Support immunization services and medication administration activities in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies., • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times., • Monitor for potential drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse drug events., • Assist with inventory management activities, including medication ordering, storage, and monitoring for expired products., • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements., • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care., • Participate in quality assurance and medication safety initiatives., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment. Qualifications • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy., • Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state., • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, pharmacology, medication therapy management, and patient counseling., • Experience in LTC, retail, hospital, specialty, or institutional pharmacy settings preferred., • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pharmacotherapy principles., • Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and EMR/EHR platforms., • Experience with medication compounding and aseptic technique preferred., • Familiarity with immunization administration and medication therapy management services., • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and pharmacy compliance requirements., • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to patient safety., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
