You will be the first point of contact for many clients and visitors, while also providing strong administrative and logistical support to the team. Your responsibilities will include: • Greeting clients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence, • Answering and routing phone calls with excellent judgment and courtesy, • Managing calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling, • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence, • Preparing documents, reports, and general office materials, • Maintaining organized filing systems, records, and data entry, • Ordering and restocking office supplies and helping manage office vendors, • Supporting office logistics and helping maintain a polished, efficient environment, • Assisting with internal meetings, special events, and occasional firm projects, • Helping the team stay organized, prepared, and responsive throughout the day What Makes Someone Great in This Role • Naturally welcoming and professional with strong interpersonal skills, • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Comfortable taking initiative and solving everyday workflow challenges, • Reliable, resourceful, and calm under pressure, • Able to maintain discretion and professionalism in a client-centered legal environment Qualifications • 3+ years of office coordination, office management, administrative support, or similar experience, • 5+ years of clerical or administrative experience preferred, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, • Comfortable learning scheduling systems and other office technology, • High school diploma required, • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred, • CAP, MOS, or similar professional certification is a plus, but not required Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and 401k Plan offered after 60 days of employment.
