Job Description Hospitality driven, casual restaurant group is seeking a Catering & Events Manager to oversee NYC operations and drive event sales. Ideal candidate has experience overseeing a department and is detail oriented with a hunger to achieve and grow event sales grow. This department has both in house events, off-premise full service catering and take away catering programs. This is a fun, creative and high energy setting with unless potential for the right candidate. We are seeking a knowledgeable, polished, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join the Moss New York team with Compass Group. Bartenders play a vital role in shaping the guest experience through expertly crafted cocktails, thoughtful beverage recommendations, and elevated bar service. This role is essential to maintaining a refined and seamless environment, ensuring that every drink is executed with precision, every guest interaction feels warm and personalized, and the bar operates with consistency and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about mixology and service, thrives in a fast-paced fine dining setting, and takes pride in delivering confident, welcoming, and memorable guest experiences. The hourly wage for this position is $15.00 per hour with tips. Training wage during the orientation period is $17.00 per hour. This is a non-exempt, hourly position. In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), you are eligible for overtime pay at one and a half times your regular rate for all hours worked over 40 in a single workweek. • Coordinate all bar service for each shift; ensure that the bar area is properly stocked to accommodate the dining service aspect that may be requested at any time i.e. plates, silverware, napkins etc., • Accountable for an organized and clean working environment in accordance with ALL health department standards, • Possess thorough and detailed knowledge of all menus; menu knowledge should equal that of a Server position., • Adhere to the hours of work/shift system.
