Job DescriptionRestaurant General Manager – Fishkill, NY Position Summary: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and operational execution. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader who can build strong teams, maintain high service standards, and drive consistent profitability in a full-service dining environment.
