Job Description Uncommon High School Math teachers work in grade teams and content teams to push students towards being self-guided learners. Our teachers become experts in their course content, and have a keen sense of how to motivate and inspire high school students. At the heart of all math classes is a deep joy for mathematics. Math teachers use a variety of instructional strategies to cultivate student awareness of how to make sense of, persevere through, and solve problems.
