A variety of responsibilities are involved in this function. Things: Handling: Using body members, hand tools, and/or special devices to work, move, or carry objects or materials. Involves little or no latitude for judgment with regard to attainment of standards or in selecting appropriate tools, objects or materials. Specific Vocational Preparation: Formalized and vocational training must include: 4-Year Bachelor Degree in a related course of study and 5-years previous experience in hotel or convention center at the General Manager/Director of Operations level. 2-Year Associates degree in a related course of study and 10 years previous experience in a hotel or convention center at the General Manager/Director of Operations level. Previous experience managing multiple, simultaneous disciplines within the hospitality industry or equivalent multi-unit management experience.
