Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant setting., • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation., • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks., • Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation standards., • Passion for cooking and delivering high-quality meals., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.     We are seeking a reliable, bilingual Line Cook/Pizza maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced kitchen and is committed to quality, consistency, and cleanliness. The Line Cook/Pizza maker will assist with food preparation, cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards, and maintain an organized and sanitary workspace. Responsibilities • Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and preparing sauces, • Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, • Maintain food quality and freshness using proper food-handling and sanitation procedures, • Keep kitchen stations clean and organized throughout the shift, • Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed, • Assist with inventory control and stock rotation, • Follow all kitchen safety and cleanliness standards, • Experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred, • Experience making pizza or the ability and willingness to learn, • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices, • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Cocinero/a de Línea Ubicación: Bronx – Área de Bedford Park Tipo de empleo: Tiempo completo / Medio tiempo Descripción del Puesto Buscamos un/a cocinero/a de línea confiable y bilingüe para unirse a nuestro equipo de cocina.
