Key Responsibilities • Read and verify every ticket before an order is packed or sent., • Match food items, modifiers, sauces, sides, utensils, drinks, and add-ons to each ticket., • Check food for accuracy, freshness, portioning, temperature, and presentation., • Bag, label, seal, and organize orders according to brand standards., • Communicate clearly with kitchen stations, dispatch, and team members., • Call out missing, delayed, or incorrect items before they leave the kitchen., • Monitor order flow and help keep tickets moving during busy periods., • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized expo station., • Follow food safety, sanitation, and packaging standards., • Support the team during high-volume service.
