Job Description Doorman/Concierge Reporting to the Building Superintendent, the Lobby Staff Member is responsible for the operation of the lobby for the residential tenants including security for the entire building and managing all deliveries and guests for the residential tenants. A qualified candidate must show initiative and good judgement in performing their job efficiently and effectively and must always provide superior customer service skills.
