LabCare Latham is seeking a full time Evening Lab Supervisor to join their team! This is a full time 40-hour work week, 11:30am-8:00pm. \n The Evening Clinical Laboratory Supervisor assists the Laboratory Manager in coordinating laboratory activities to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective testing of patient samples. This position supports quality management systems, maintains compliance with all state and federal regulations, and provides supervision and technical support to evening laboratory staff. SUMMARY: The Formulation Technical Service Specialist is a subject-matter expert responsible for advanced formulation support, manufacturing troubleshooting, scale-up, and process optimization in gummy and confectionery dietary supplement production. This role bridges R&D, Quality, and Operations by ensuring robust formulations, efficient production performance, adherence to GMP standards, and successful commercialization of new and existing gummy products. The Senior Specialist will also mentor technical staff and support cross-functional project initiatives. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Masters of Science degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a pharmaceutical-related science., • 5 + years experience directly related to confectionary formulation development, scale-up and manufacturing of dietary supplements or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Experienced in the use of Design of Experiments concepts when developing new formulations., • Preferred experience with confectionary and solid dosage forms including sustained and delayed release., • Requires good knowledge of GMP related to pharmaceutical manufacturing., • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal., • Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively perform concurrent tasks with minimal supervision., • Self motivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. We are currently looking for a Senior Heavy Metals Chemist to join our growing team! JOB SUMMARY The ICP-MS Chemist will be responsible for testing sample utilizing ICP-MS instrumentation. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Performs analysis using one or more of the following techniques: ICP-MS or other instrument in a timely fashion maintaining a high level of quality., • Performs non-routine analysis, as required., • Performs preliminary sample preparation, when needed., • Proactively assists in development and validation of methods, as required., • Ability to work with heavy volume., • Successfully participates in proficiency testing., • Participates in relevant ISO QA/QC activities and documentation thereof., • Reports results for tests., • Prepare standards and maintain their inventory., • BS degree in the Sciences, preferable in chemistry, • 5+ year experience in working within a laboratory that tests for heavy metals, • Must have experience with ICP/MS and ICP-OES, • Strong relevant quantitative skills, • High level of computer skills and familiarity with data acquisition software, • Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills, • High level of computer literacy, • Good conceptual basis in analytical chemistry, • Progressive 401k Retirement Savings Plan, • Employer Paid Short- Term and Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance, • Group Medical, • Tuition Reimbursement, • Flexible Spending Accounts, • Dental, • Paid Holidays and Time Off
