Job Description The Nurse Practitioner in coordination with the supervising physician, is primarily responsible for increasing access to substance abuse and medication assisted treatments; coordinating and managing health care services and health education; encouraging health and wellness and disease prevention. The candidate will effectively engage patients; will report to the Medical Doctor for clinical supervision and the Chief Program Officer/Vice President of Behavioral Health Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Apply nursing knowledge to ensure the Resident’s needs are adequately and appropriately assessed and met. ?
