The Role The Temporary Facilities Technician (FT), under the supervision of the Senior Building Manager (SBM), is responsible for performing preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance work. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, the following building maintenance work types: • Minor electrical tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, ballast, light fixtures, outlets, intercoms, and identifying and reporting unsafe electrical conditions., • Minor plumbing such as replacing and repairing plumbing fixtures that include sinks, toilets, drainpipes, flushometers, diaphragms and vacuum breakers, faucets, showerheads, and spigots., • HVAC tasks include replacing filters and belts, cleaning condenser coils, and adjusting, resetting, and replacing thermostats., • Carpentry work, including repairs to cabinets, furniture, and doors., • Sheetrock installation, wall resurfacing, • Painting work, which includes sanding, priming, and painting, • Locksmith work, which includes installing and resetting locking cylinders and cutting keys as needed., • Flooring and tile repair or replacement., • Landscaping such as weeding and cleaning trees and flower beds, mulching and trimming trees, • Flooring and tile repair and replacement. Also includes patching concrete, • Performs custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, rubbish removal, floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and power washing., • Event support, which can include set up and breakdown of furniture, usher deliveries, and operating the freight elevator., • Assist custodial and security vendors as necessary. FT will support event setups and monitor building-related inventory. Administrative Duties: • Receives and coordinates all facilities services through a work order software system. Responsibilities include:, • Receiving and acknowledging requests., • Carries out work orders assigned by the SBM., • Following up as necessary., • Ensuring that work orders are accurate and include all necessary information., • Closing out the requests when needed., • Collecting more information as necessary through inspection, • Escort contractors when on-site as needed., • Observes and ensures adherence to safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and procedures in all work operations., • Follow quality standards and health and safety regulations., • Familiarize and follow City Harvest policies and procedures. Communication Duties: • Maintain regular communication with leadership and team members, fostering an open and collaborative approach with colleagues., • Complete and submit requisitions for supplies and equipment to SBM., • Always communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms., • Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and supervision meetings., • Respond promptly to all communications, including telephone calls, emails, and other verbal and written inquiries., • Always maintain a professional level of communication Education and Experience: • 3+ years of hands-on building maintenance experience, • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred., • Technical knowledge in general building repairs as outlined in duties, and preferred knowledge in HVAC preferred, • Strong customer service and willingness to flex between work assignments based on need., • Bilingual - Spanish language a plus. POSITION OVERVIEW The Utilization Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functions of collaborative communication with external case managers at referring provider facilities and/or managed care organizations (MCO) for data collection, interpretation, and certification/recertification from third party payers at pre-admission through discharge, ongoing medical necessity reviews and interdisciplinary team support with respect to MCO requisites. Job Description About the Role The Case Aide performs various supportive activities for casework services in support of the needs of the Preventive Services programs. To participate in supportive services such as recreation and educational programs which support behavioral goals for the children., • To carry out ongoing quarterly risk and safety assessments of the family and clearly document these assessments in Connections and in their progress notes. Bring all risk/safety concerns to the immediate attention of their supervisor., • To request all school and medical reports; document in Connections utilizing appropriate progress note template and file in case record. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior analyst covering leading companies in the sector and to contribute meaningfully to research used by top institutional investors. The position provides strong exposure to company management teams, institutional clients, and internal partners in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive equity research reports on companies within the Industrials and Infrastructure sectors, • Building, maintaining, and updating detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses, • Conducting primary and secondary research, including channel checks, expert interviews, and broader industry analysis, • Participating in meetings and calls with company management teams and industry experts, • Collaborating with sales and trading professionals to communicate research insights to institutional clients, • Attending investor meetings and industry conferences to enhance sector knowledge and support relationship-building Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: • Strong academic background with demonstrated analytical and quantitative capabilities, • Experience or demonstrated ability in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment research, • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills, • Intellectual curiosity, persistence, and a proactive, self-starting mindset, • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Prior full-time experience in equity research, investment banking, or a related financial role, • CFA designation or active candidacy is a plus Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan), this position may be eligible for additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
