As a key member of the field operations team, you will lead roof crews in all aspects of the install — including layout, racking, flashing, and cleanup — while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship. Ideal candidates bring a strong roofing or solar background, a working knowledge of solar energy systems, and the leadership skills to guide a team in the field.
